Flight Planning
We will assign a flight coordinator that will accompany you throughout the flight process. The following are the steps that you should expect when choosing VIP Air Ambulance.
Medical Clearance: The MD will contact the charge Physician for medical information and decide which crew will accompany the patient.

Plane Booking: The chief pilot will collect the information & Decide which plane will be assigned for the transport.
Ground Transportation: We will coordinate the ground transport & provide them with the logistics & medical information for the patient.
Flight Clearance: The Flight Coordinator will process the information & make sure that we are clear and set for departure.
Flight Management: A flight coordinator will monitor the flight from start to finish & will update the family with any changes.
