Flight Process
On the day of the flight our Fight coordinators would have made all the appropriate arrangements and all confirmations for the flight. The following are the main steps for your travel.
Ground Transportation: Our Medical Team will arrive to the pickup location accompanied with the ground transportation service.
Boarding the Plane: The Ground service will arrive next to the plane and the crew will move the patient onto the plane's stretcher.
Medical Equipment: The Medical Crew will connect the patient to the plane's medical equipment.
Departure: Once the Medical Team is ready the pilot will notify the passengers to board the plane and get ready to depart.
Landing : Once the flight is complete and the plane has landed the family will deplane and can wait in the FBO lobby.
Ground Transportation: The ground service will arrive next to the plane for a quick and comfortable transfer of the patient.
Travel Completion: The medical crew will admit the patient to the recieving facility and complete the transport.
